I was wondering how the 96-98 SiR lip replica fit onto the bumper. Also, did it match the stock sideskirts. Pics from real buyers are welcomed.

Sold it.

i was mainly worried about the sir lip. I would get a real one but they're are so hard to find for a decent price (A used one ended on ebay for 200!) Anyways, I did read up on some things but just wanted a detailed one about this specific lip. I heard that the color doesn't match the unpainted sideskirt color and you have to sand it down plus paint it. Also, I've heard mixed things about their fitment. So I was just hoping someone would post up a pic of that lip on their car so I can make up my mind.

I got one from them like a week ago and it fit perfect. everything lined up so I dunno why ppl say it doesnt but my camera is being retarded but I will post up pix of mines. I almost got the oem one but the other guy selling them on here wanted like $220 shipped

wow..220.....I believe that you get what you pay for most of the time and this is no exception. But if it fits fine and matches up with the rest of the car (color and shape wise). Then I wouldn't have a problem saving about $50 bucks.

Do the jdmshit ones come with hardware?

Fitment isnt all that great, then again I didn't use OEM mounting hardware either, but I doubt I'd make a difference where it counts. It's screwing it in on the sides in the fender wells that's the difficult thing, without having the lip go upwards on the sides (one of my pet peeves). After its mounted, it's definitely the most durable lip you could ask for. Industructable, it'll rip off your bumper before anything else.



I'd still say get it, mess with the side fitment the best you can. I would have busted an OEM one already

yea, fitment wasnt that great. mine didnt align on the tabs at all and there were not enough screws that came with it. what i did was drill 2 screws on both sides first, aligned it the way i like it, and drill several screws from the lip onto the bumper (not on the aligning tabs but somewhere in between). took some time but i cant complain. but all in all, a nice product. looks nice and durable, and jdmshit ships fast too.

Haven't decided yet, but we might have a sale next month where the prices on our polyurethane lips will be 15-20% lower

I got one for my girlfriends civic. Fitment is pretty good, there are no gaps and lines up pretty well. It can take some abuse as well and still holds it shape.

i think the most of the lips sold from JDMShit are good in a fitment wise. But there is no doubt that 2/10 of the lips are shitty as hell.

My frined had an EG, and he bought mugen style? or something, and the fitment was horrible. But hey, they are replicas. What do you expect right?

my old ctr style lip fit great, but my Sir from them isnt too great.

Fitment doesn't look too bad...but it does stick out a bit on the edges near the front of the wheel.
