I really need a cup holder and I don't want to have to plaster one on my dash. these look cool, but I'm wondering how well they work. Is the air vent strong enough to hold a full soda?

There is no way those thin little vent fins can hold a full soda, it may work alright at first but you gotta think, its plastic, itll eventually either mess up your vent fins or break em. Dont use that crap.

you have a 93 si so whats wrong with the factory cup holder? factory cup holders are the best, and i would never buy a car with no cup holder cause it's really annoying when it doesn't have one, but to answer you question those cup holders that attach to your vent will hold a can of soda or a medium fountain drink cup but stull like supersized drinks good luck

I have one, I was given it as a joke gift. I have a 90 Si and it works pretty well, it will hold a full soda can. It does seem sort of flimsy, but it works. I wouldn't trust it with anything heavier.
