Default 03 Accord P0970 code

I have a 03 Accord throwing a P0970 code. All the solenoids were changed. The pressure control switch was changed also. The d4 is blinking with the check engine light on. We checked power to the PCM and there is power going to the PCM. The car has a problem shifting out of 2nd gear. The car's tranny oil is fine also. I don't think the tranny is bad. Also, I don't think the 2nd gear is bad also. There seems to be a pressure of oil build up. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

Why was the solenoid replaced?

This code comes back to this A/T pressure control solenoid valve C circuit low circuit. The tranny fluid was flushed. The filters were cleaned and wires from the pcm to the solenoids were replaced. Also, the screens to the Solenoids were cleaned. After all that work the car started to shift great. I drove the car about 100 Miles. After the 100 miles the same problem occurred again. What do you think is the problem with this car? Do you think the screen to the solenoids are dirty? Do you think its an electrical issue? The tranny oil is not burning. The oil is at the right level. What do you think I should do to fix the car?

The code indicates an electrical fault. The code set criteria needs to be verified and then the signal to the TCM monitored with a scope or meter....
