Actually any 3" diameter aluminum tube will do. I think there are some $15 ones on ebay. Just make sure that it is a one piece 3" tube designed for your Make Model & Year Accord. It is the filter that you really want to make sure is a quality piece. K&N part # RU-3580 is a good size filter for a 3" SRI.

Here is what you are looking for....
Ebay Auction
Just remember to make sure it's 3" and to throw out the crappy air filter that comes with it. Then get yourself a good K&N or other brand name filter.

Actually, most all are basically the same. But I would suggest to you that (as Ghost Accord mentioned) The air filter your shouldn't skimp on.
I would also suggest that you (IF you can) inspect and handle a sample of the product you're interested in. Pictures on the Internet don't give you the information you need. Things like:
How does it attach and where does it mount? Does it just flap in the breeze, or am I going to need to weld some additional brackets on this thing?
Are all the additional pieces supplied?
What quality are these additional pieces? (I've seen some real junk)
Does it come with an Instruction Sheet?
Just something to think about

LO(f)L
It would go good with the STP collectable issue sticker and the Director's Cut of "The Fat and the Furious" DVD set.

when i bought my accord it came with a ''spectre air filter''. The whole thing looks like a SRI but with stock air pipe . Will it makes any different if i change it to a aluminum?

Click Here. This is a piece of 3" diameter tubing
Whether or not you see any big gains over your stock modified intake I'm not 100%. I would imagine that by replacing the ruffled plastic tube with a smooth aluminum tube you would see some kind of small gains.

The subject of aftermarket intakes has always been an enigma.
You've really got two choices, both of which are contradictory in their execution.
Cold Air Intake and
Short Ram Intake.
The Cold air Intake supplies cool(er) air (which is traditionally denser) to the intake manifold (good), But requires a longer than optimal length of tubing to plumb everything up (bad).
The Short ram Intake has a short tube length (which shifts the power-band up the RPM scale (Good), but draws warm(er) air from the engine compartment for it's air supply. (bad)
If there is any additional horses to be had, it would work like this:
Long Manifold System - low end torque
Short Manifold system - High end HP
I suspect that it's mostly a wash, or maybe a 5 hp gain on some of the truly 'engineered' systems (Like K&B etc).
And in truth, it's probably no more than the eye candy and the sound from the minimalist Filter element that's the real attraction.

The way California's state finances are concerned, I'd hate to see what the fine for a non-CARB unit would be.
The worst part of it would be the followup CARB inspection they might put the car through; looking for other infractions.
...and you thought a Super Liberal, Tree Hugging, socialist state would never infringe on a lowly Auto enthusiast?
Guess Again

It will if the AEM SRI is a 3" diameter. The other measurements you have to take into consideration are the length and overall diameter of the filter. You have to make sure that a filter of the following dimensions will fit in the space provided for your filter?
RU-3580 Product Specifications.
Base Outside Diameter: 152 mm (6 in)
Flange Inside Diameter: 76 mm (3 in)
Flange Length: 44 mm (1.75 in)
Height: 127 mm (5 in)
Top Outside Diameter: 102 mm (4 in)
Top Style: Rubber
