Get an oxygen sensor bung plug.

http://www.racepartsolutions.com/pro...rod=RPS-o2plug

Even the right size bolt will do. I recommend putting some anti-seize on it, just in case you even want to take it off for whatever reason.

Sorry, misread it.

Go to a muffler shop, they can drill and weld on an additional oxygen sensor bung. Shop around by talking to the guys, as some guys will do it cheap, like $20.

uhhh....use your stock cat with the (2) oxygen sensor holes? that would be the most logical

my bad i was thinking VW (my day job), lol....your right. Alright, drill a hole and weld a bung. Should cost you $25 at the most.

Or buy a test pipe off ebayw/ the #2 bung and space out the rear oxygen sensor so it doesnt cause the P0420 DTC. This is the set up i was running til i swapped engines

i think thats what im going to doeither that or ghetto rigging it, cut a circle around the old 02 sensor and drill a hole into the new exhaust and weld the surround metal thats around the 02 sensor to the exhaust

If your exhaust is Stainless Steel you will want to put a SS bung on there not mild steel. If it is a mild steel setup, you can cut out just the bung off the Cat if you want. It's probably still easier just to buy a Mild steel bung for $5-$10 and do it right.

getting a new bung drilled is the cheapest and most time effective way to do it.

Don't do that, or you're asking for a CEL. The secondary O2 is there to make sure the catalytic converter is working, so it needs to be behind the cat.

The reason you only have one bung is because the 94 was OBD1, which doesn't use a secondary O2 sensor. However, OBD-2 cars (95+) do use them.

Did you end up getting both O2 sensors hooked up? Can't see anything in your pic.

Anything exhaust related tends to get seized up like that...constant heating and cooling is tough on parts. Probably rusted into one piece haha.

yea i tried everything, i kno lubricant is advised against because its known to clog the pores on the sensor but as a last resort i poured pb blaster and liquid wrench on it, let it sit, then stuck that **** in a vice and it still wouldnt budge even with 3 people pullin on it, it just started to strip

I have one here but I don't even know if it word be worth the cost of shipping. It's probably 14 years old.

What brand?

Some of the none OEM secondary O2 sensors heater circuits don't seam to work well/last long. Just an FYI! So if your CEL happens to pop on after a bit that is what you may expect to be the problem.
