Default STILL HAVE NOT PASSED INSPECTION

I am resubmitting this in hope for some additional help:

HIGH SPEED:

HC 340
CO 2.30
CO2 12.7
CO .5

Low speed:

HC 1156
CO .84
CO2 6.1
O .5

NOx It says 0.00 across Im not sure it is tested in Texas.

So with all the work i have done, the cat, o2 sensor, PCV valve, Checked hoses, cleaned EGR and Idle control valve i still am not passing. The guy at autozone said it may be a bad o2 sensor since the aftermarkets have issues sometimes. He suggested getting a exact fit. Im thinking that maybe possible but wanted to verify with yall first. Im also thinking that it may be a distributor cap. The plugs are about 8 months old, if not younger. New wires wouldnt hurt but not sure if it will be that much of a help. Any other suggestions willl help. Im really at a loss and I am tired of looking over my shoulder

I don't think it could be the distributor cap. I'm guessing it's the o2 sensor, which sucks, because they're expensive. Are you getting a CEL?

What kind of oil loss are you seeing? I believe hydrocarbons (HC) will show up from burning oil.

I mean it has been leaking oil a long time, I believe I use 2 quarts a week. I have been looking for a undercarriage car wash so i see where it is coming from. But I do believe that I need to replace the valve cover gasket. and also the oil pan gasket because it looks like the previous owner just used some type of silicon gasket.

All Honda's since the late 80's have computers. they are located under the carpet in the passenger side foot well/under the dash. The two pin self diagnostics service check connector used to retrieve/flash ECU codes is mounted under the glove box.

Retrieve the codes and go from there.

What do your spark plugs look like?
Colour = Light brown, black or white?
Texture = chalky, wet or sludge covered?

I check under the carpet and only thing i have in my car that may come close is looks like a rj45 phone connector. But I will look again,. I have changed the spark plugs within the last 6 months. I guess I could replace the wires too,.

An RJ45 connector?

Under the carpet is where the ECU is located. The two pin connector for retrieving codes is mounted up under the glove box.

OK so what do your spark plugs look like now? You can tell a lot from the condition of a spark plug.

As for your plug wires, don't just replace parts without testing them first. Do you have access to a multimeter? If you do test the resistance on each spark plug wire. Measure from the distributor end to the spark plug end. There should be no more than 25kΩ max resistance. If there is more than 25kΩ replace the wires.

If it's running rich, you probably just need to replace your O2 sensors. (One or both). Your fuel maps are set to "limp mode" (I may be wrong here, correct me if I am, GhostAccord), which means you'll burn more fuel. I know it's expensive for such a little part, but I would start with your O2 sensors.

so this is for emissions? HC is unburned fuel. i know in PA if you fail emissions and then spend at least $125 on emissions related parts to try and fix it, even if it still fails, you can get a waiver sticker.
