Default Starting Issue

I am a first time Honda owner ('97 Accord 2.2 vTech). Went to start this moring and wouldnt turn over. Tried it after work and it was doing the same thing except this time the lights were dimming and it seemed like it was loosing battery juice. Took the battery to three different places and they all came back as a good battery with a full charge. Now that I have put the battery back in, I go to try and start it, NOTHING happens now. All my lights, radio works but now it doesnt crank. It makes no noise at all when I turn the key. No click no nothing. Please help.

Make sure battery terminals are clean and tight.

They are clean and tight. I have no problem with any of the auxiliary power. Am i missing anything small. Its almost like I am missing a fuse or something. Just dont know why it would crank before I took the battery out and it wont now that I put it back in.

I would first check to see if the starter cable (from battery to starter) is in good shape. Measure the resistance. Next, I would check the starter signal, the wire that connects to the solenoid. If that gets a 12V when you turn the key to start, then it's good, if it doesn't, you might want to check the ignition switch. Finally if all else fails, bench test the starter.
