Re: Seafoam engine treatment reviews??
1/3 vacuum line, 1/3 oil, 1/3 gas tank. Let sit for 15 min then start it up and wait till idle goes to normal. Rev the **** out of it and watch all the smoke come out. Once mostly all the smoke is gone drive 10 miles then change your oil. done
I just did it the other day and i can feel a difference in throttle response and seems to shift from 1st to 2nd w/ less lag.... if that has anything to do with it...lol

when added to the gas tank, does it have to be full tank?
Thanks,

I poured about half a can in my '94 Accord's gas tank when it was running a little rough, and it ran perfectly after that. I would highly recommend it.

I dunno, it exploded!
Truth be told I think its a placebo effect. People saying gosh I "think" its smoother or it "seems" to idle better? I'd like to see measurable results.

Re: Seafoam engine treatment reviews??
x2^ and is the 1/3 vacuum line, 1/3 gas tank, 1/3 engine oil the most recommended? im planning a full tune up including ngk iridium plugs, new intake, switching to royal purple, and new spark plug wires(ngk) here in a couple weeks and wasn't sure.

Can't tell you how many times we see this army dealer. Never read the can but people never listen and add this stuff and then wonder why it's screwed up stuff.
Point is fix the car. Their is a reason it runs like **** and won't pass smog. This stuff does wonders on cat's too.
