The easy way to solve the problem, if he was "cleaning up wiring", would be to buy another stock F22 accord engine harness (junkyard/ebay/etc) and modify it to work with the H22 again. Unless you feel like sorting through his mess, sometimes other people's wiring sucks, I'd rather start fresh personally.

In the meantime, it has to be throwing some CEL's, I'd read the codes and use that to determine which sensors aren't connected properly, and go from there. Seriously, reading CEL's is the best diagnostic tool to get you started. Post your CEL's when you get the car and we'll go from there.

im with ^^ him get a new harness because most people who ''clean up'' screw up something. but as far as the rich part i would check the ecu because when i did my swap i was running a tempary ob1 and/or my old f23 ecu till i got a good cl1 ecu and my car ran rich at all times
