h22 swap wiring

tryin to figure out some wiring issues with my h22a swap. before i pulled my f22, the car was running with a p13 ecu. should i just be able to swap the harness from the f22 to the h22 plug in the ecu and have vtec?

no f22 didn't have vtec so it wouldn't be on the f22 harness
