DEI and Thermo-Tec both sell the spray on their sites. It can also be purchased at Summit Racing.

my new header= pretty
wrapped header= ugly

the coating suppose to keep the moisture out
and that's my reason for it
performance ..not the look

Check a local Hot Rod shop. They should have it or at least know where to get it. Any Pics?

coat the outside of the pipes first because the wrap traps moisture between the wrap and the pipe causing accelerated rates of rust

Just order it from http://www.summitracing.com/ . I'm pretty sure they have a west coast wharehouse. Luckily, I live about 40 minutes from the east coast wharehouse/store. Except they, for the most part, don't know a damn thing about imports.

If I'm not mistaken doesn't wrapping the header void the warrenty on it and doesn't it make the header wear down even faster? I stick to the orginal creamic coated.

get the dei silver silicone, looks good and keeps the smell down... also keeps water from soaking/possible rusting headers a must
