I'd probably go with the exhaust first which is infact what I did. There was maybe a slight power differnce but not much then a tiny bit more power after the intake but hardly noticable. I put a K&N short ram on well its a CAI I just set it up as a Short Ram as I don't want to get water in it.

I don't know much about Megan Racing products but from what I have read they seem to be decent maybe not the best but pretty good especially for the price.

It's worked out great so far. Powerwise not much of a differnce from stock you can maybe feel a little differnce and at the top end seems to be a little difference. Yes we have gotten quite a bit of rain since I put it on and I haven't had any problems. I also had to go through a large puddle one day where water was almost up to the bumper where I know I would have probably been in trouble if it was the full CAI. I have also taken it through 2 car washs that spray unnder the vehicle which a friend tried to take his 240sx with a CAI through and he said it didn't work so well. Overall I'm pretty happy with it how it is and don't want to have to worry about puddles but if you don't worry about that or don't get rain much I'd probably put the whole CAI in instead of the short ram.

I don't mind hand-me-downs. As long as its still in pretty good shape and it's either free or really really cheap, i'll take it

Don't get the stupid DC Sports ceramic header that everyone gets. Megan Racing has a polished one that is just as good and half the price. Howcome only like three people make a frickin header for accords?

Neither.

Ask your parents to give you a one day racing school $1000 or a HPDE $300.
