Default Idle Problems

Ok for the past few days my car has been ideling like a 500-700 rpm's and wouldnt go past 1k unless i shifted outa park/neutral. In the past it would be at like 1200 or 1400 reg idle maybe its the idle control motor?

uh... Your car should idle around 700. 1.2k is way to high for a regular idle.

then that odd because when it was 1k+ the engine would do just find aka no movement / sputtering / coughing now at 500-700 it does all three i tightened my motor mounts to specs at school and that didnt stop the moving guessing i need to replace them coughing would be by spark plugs right? sputtering is stale gas?
