I have a 96 accord with a f22b1 in it and i have an idle problem that sounds like its the iac or the fast idle valve! ive replace the iac and the fast idle valve and the car still has the jumoing idle! when i start the car the idles normally but then once the car warms up its starts jumping up and down between 1000 and 1500! your input is greatly appreciated!

If you have replaced both the IAC and FIT valves you might try bleeding the coolant. An air bubble trapped near the ECT sensor can cause the same surging idle. That and I would check the adjustment on the FITV. IIRC there is a thread in the FAQ on the FIT valve adjustment.

Before FIV on we took it apart and adjusted the big yellow screw and cleaned it back out before we out it on! Even bled the damn thing and there was just straight antifreeze that came out and no air bubles came out what so ever! thanks for the input! Gonna check that thread out!
