Honda Care Warranty
I think that my rotors in front are warped, and I should get it replaced soon. I have the Honda Care warranty on the car, and they will not cover Rotor replacement. Is this normal? I know that they will not cover normal wear and tear, but the rotor being warped doesn't seem to be normal wear and tear to me.
What do you think?

Did you cause them to warp? I warped my moms rotors on her Grand Prix a few years ago going through the twisty roads in West Virginia and the factory would not replace them under warranty.

But, I kinda get what you are trying to say, and I don't think I warpped them.

You would know if you did hard enough braking to warp them. When I warped my moms rotors I was going through twisty roads at something like 65mph going down hill and coming up to a 15 mph 90 deg. turn and not slowing down fast enough because the brakes were so hot. And when they say 15 you can't do much faster, unlike around here when they say 25 mph turn you can easily do 50 or more.

I speculate that the last place that I took it to have worked on, since they used a 'power-brake-bleeder', was sloppy in their work.
...As i tell people, "i hate it when other people touch my car - they just screw it up"....

Re: Honda Care Warranty (RotaryBzzz)
What you "might" have is air in your brake lines. I knew that until i did my ABS fix (and consequently completely bled my own brake system BY HAND), I thought my front rotors were warped. The steering wheel would vibrate under certain braking conditions as if being warped....but afterward - they were perfect under braking...

yes, yes, and yes. I had the same problem and found the same solution to work.

When you say bleeding the brakes, you mean draining the brake fluid and then replacing it with new fluid right?
