how do u know its running rich? check sensors out and clean the map sensor first. check intake is not completely clogged.

ur o2 sensors are probably shot. when their bad the car will go into safe mode and dump a ton of fuel. i would also check spark plugs, wires, fuel filter.

valves wont make a difference that that much at least, clean the sensors again and see if it gets better again (sensor problem if yes) also when the last time fuel filter has been replaced and fuel injector cleaner been added to your fuel?

vacuum leak test, you can use intake system cleaner to spray on your vacumm lines and by the throttle body, if you hear a difference when you spray in theose areas you have a leak, or just hookup a cheapo vacuum tester thats the easiest.

did that already, no leaks. Car only does this sometimes, local honda tuner says has to be a bad o2 sensor but i dont think so no CEL..
