Help with lowering ride height.
I looked over on tire-rack.com for some suspension kits (http://www.tirerack.com/suspension/S...lar=&brand=all) to lower my 7th gen's ride height, and most of them are REALLY expensive. I was wondering if anybody can help me out and show me if I could buy those somewhere cheaper, or whether or not to buy the parts separately. Thanks for your help.

you get what you pay for generalization. 200-300 is generally a normal price for quality springs. If you want height adjustable get some coil-over sleeves.

"In addition, this kit includes a complete set of NEUSPEED/Koni Sport dampers. They feature 5 ride height adjustment grooves (allows ±14mm of height adjustment),"
You apparently do not read descriptions.
You'd adjust it before you put it on the car based on that statement - it's not like a sleeveover/coilover where you can just take off the wheel to adjust ride height, you'd have to take it apart, move the cup and then reassemble.

Okay. So would you recommend to just buy a coil-over kit? I only want to lower the car like, 1-1.25 inches. But I would want to adjust and lower it more if I don't like it like that. Would the coil-overs do this?

coilovers would probably be overkill for just 1-1.25
shocks + decent set of springs your best bet and it'll be cheaper.
accordingly done has an excellent overview of suspension, I highly recommend you read that, it's based on stuff for 4th/5th but it should be similar enough for 6th gens. (the link is in the accord faq)

Yeah, but say he gets the springs and doesnt like the stance, at least the coilovers would let you get to look how you want. Plus i like to be able to mess with things, but thats just me.

BTW, 1.25" drop isnt that much on these cars cuz they sit so high stock. I have a 2.25" drop on my Accord and i have a flat hand width in between the tire and the fender. Thats with stock rims on it. With the 18's on it, it made it a little less.

Re: Help with lowering ride height. (Tyte-S)
You guys make REALLY good points, and I decided that I don't want to spend a good $1000+ on suspension alone, so I will get the Koni SP3's with the neuspeed sport springs. A new problem has arose for me though. I can only find the Koni SP3's for like 600$. My problem with that is that I can buy the Super Cup kit (here) for that kind of money. So, my next question is, where can I buy them for less than $600? I'm thinkin that I will buy the Koni's [$500 - $600], and then get the neuspeed sport springs here ($200), and end up with having to pay around $800 - $900. (Without labor and installation, that is.)
Is this an overall good trade over spending like $1000+ on coilovers?
-I'm between a rock and a hard place with lowering my ride, man....

Yeah. A good suspension wont be cheap, but it will be worth it. If you can, stick it out and save up for the one that you want. if you want to try and get it for a good price, you might get lucky in the FS ads and find a set not used for a low price or a barely used set. personally i wouldnt buy a used suspension, but maybe a couple hundred miles might not hurt. good luck with your hunt bro, keep us updated.
