i have a 97 accord jdm h22a.my distributor started grinding and finally it started missing so bad that i pulled it off but i can find a new one anywhere or used for that matter.i looked at the date stamped on the head and it is saying 91 so i guess that means 92 and i have bought the distributor for a 92 prelude and its different. i have tried several different makes and models even paid $462 for a jdm through advance with no luck.they are all external cois and mine is internal.the new ones dont come with the coil so i though i could just swap mine out but there are no wires to attach to it.im sure someone on here has been through this so if you have any suggestions or can help me at all please let me know.thanks

i gotcha. i just found one at napa ****ing $362.but i have to get it time is money.i want to sell my car.i have about $1,500 invested.what is it worth?its not hitting v-tec and it just started acting like it has a rev limiter.(it has a gold chip in it.)it doesnt leak smoke nothing.its a 97 accord with shitty body kit(needs a little bondo) but everything else is pretty good.

There are a few import places near me in Ontario (don't know where your from) terrible customer service, but they often have pretty nice used JDM parts that are decently priced.

im in south carolina.i have all the paper work for motor and transmission including receipts for shipping and the purchase(totals almost $2,400)i just want to know what i can get if the right person comes through.i have listed for $2,300 as it sits.i did get the distributor on today though and found out for the same price i could have got an msd and converted it to external coil.actually it was a little less.
