turbo the f22 with the dsm stroker pistons and h22 rods. i have not updated my build lately but im up to 460whp and 340wtq on 21-22psi. use a delta 272 regrind cam for 96$.I turn my car 8k and beat the crap out of it. i dont make power to 8k but at the track i shift there. its in a civic, i went 7.0 @103 1/8th last time at the track.

PSI is COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT, and COMPLETELY subjective. To throw around a "PSI" level thats safe is retarded, and why has been covered 100000 times. POWER is what matters.

Youre opinion is just that, but its not correct, but once again, youre throwing PSI numbers around which dont tell anything worthwhile POWER WISE that does matter.

DO you understand why?
Hello,

Thanks on the correction, It would be kind if you could over the PSI level issue for one last time. I know it must be frustrating but once more please?

Another question I would ask, in your opinion a G23 with forged pistons and turbo internals. What kind of turbo would be a good choice for drag and what kind of power can i expect in return.

It would be kind if you can share.

Regards

What G23 are you talking about there are a few that shouldnt be called G23 but still are on many forums.

Im building a F23 block with a f22a4 head, Delta 272-2 cam, supertech springs, oem retainers, and K20 pistons (not type s) for a street car pishing around 300ish with a Garrett T3/T4 set up I picked up for cheap. The whole build has cost me like 500 bucks with machine time. Not saying you will find those kind of deals but they are out there

G23 = What am building is (F23A JDM block + H22a4 head. Crower stage 2 cams, JG cam gears, AEM SERIES 2, supertech retainers and springs OEM valves. K20a2 pistons wiseco -9cc, F23 crower rods, ARP bolts all around. Hoping to get a comp of 9.3-9.5:1. Precision ball bearing turbo.

My application is weekend drag and daily driver. Everything will be in a accord.

I am hoping to make around the 400 mark. (too ambitious?? your opinion?)

I dont really want a cheap build i want it to be make good reliable power.

Yes, I have a JDM H22A all motor. I made 204whp/157wtq on a dyno dynamic. I'm looking to close to 220whp after I get a set of Mahle 11.5:1 CR pistons and messing with the cam gears on the dyno when I go get it tune in.

Thanks dude. Taking it super slow. Trying to get it right.

Reading all the post about the stock block, do you think its worth boosting the stock block? The one i have has under 30k miles on it... do you think its a good idea.?

Or just keep slow and forge it do it right?
