Fuel Cut-Off Relay questions
Good afternoon,
MY 1991 Honda Accord Aero Deck with an F22B JDM will not start because it is not getting fuel. I turned the key to the run position several times and did not hear the fuel pump make any noise at all. I also loosened the pressure relief valve on the fuel rail and there was no pressure in the system.
The factory service manual starting on page 6-94 and 6-94 has a few recommendations:
1) Replace the fuel filter (I will do this today and update this post when I can)
2) Locate the fuel cut-off relay under the dashboard and use it to test the fuel pump (Hopefully I will do this today)
Does anyone have a valid part number for the Fuel Cut-Off Relay? I cannot find one.
Thanks.

Re: Fuel Cut-Off Relay questions
I can't find a "Fuel Cut-Off Relay" but I know the main relay is:
"Relay Assembly, Main (Rz-0088) (Mitsuba)" Part #: 39400-SM4-003.
The main relay on the newer cars I've seen is the one responsible for the power to the fuel pump, at least its one that plays a role, worth checking.
BTW this is for a 1991 Accord Coupe DX, not sure what you have, relays are pretty much all the same across trims and body styles im pretty sure.
The relay part # that "Tech8" listed is technically a "Fuel Cut-Off Relay" so maybe thats it:
Relay Assy., Fuel Cut (6.2 191) (4P) (Shindengen) Part #: 16760-SA5-951

Re: Fuel Cut-Off Relay questions
Easy fix for a failed relay if your are a DIY kind of guy. There is a solder joint that is known to separate from the circuit board inside the main relay. Cheap easy fix, of you could just replace it!
