F23a1's TDC sensor
Hello guys,
I'm looking for some specs about TDC sensor on F23A engines. I'm going to Megasquirt a boosted Honda Accord. I'll use TDC sensor to sync the Megasquirt and fire injectors and coil.
Is the TDC sensor like other Hondas (4 tooth wheel)?
This is a D16 dizzy shaft with TDC wheel on left side:
Thank you!

Cylinder position sensor, the CYP is run off the camshaft and this sensor is located in the distributor. It is a 1 tooth wheel = 1 pulse / camshaft rotation 360°/engine cycle.
Crank position sensor, the CKP is run off the crankshaft and this sensor is located on the oil pump housing.
It is a 12 tooth wheel = 24 pulses / crankshaft rotation 720°/engine cycle.
Top dead center sensor, The TDC is also run off the crankshaft and also located on the oil pump housing.
It is a 2 tooth wheel = 4 pulses / crankshaft rotation 720°/engine cycle.
If you are using MegaSquirt you should look into using a two trigger wheel configuration. 1 cam wheel and 1 crank wheel. Use the cylinder position wheel and the crankshaft position wheel. If you look into it, this configuration should give you a much better resolution for a fully sequential fuel and ignition setup.
