Why did you port out that IM to less runners? I feel like u may have lost some low end mid torque in the process of gainin top end... But im not hating ha love that torque curve and im sure u enjoy the added Top endd haha

Congrats on finishing the build man! Looks like you tried to put together a lot of good parts here.

I'm wondering the same myself. I know Bisi has helped along quite a few similar builds, which attained upwards of 260whp. Perhaps they had quite a bit more compression? I can't recall what their torque numbers were, but doesn't 156ft/lb seem a bit low for 2306cc of displacement at 11:1cr? Maybe Bisi has some input on that.

Also, if I'm calculating correctly, 97x87mm, ~50cc combustion chamber, 0.00cc dome piston, and .010" milled head should put you around 12.2:1cr. Your thoughts?


I agree, there's got to be more potential to tap from that engine. Any reason you didn't go higher compression with that level 3 cam? I'm hoping to bump my compression up from 9.9 to 12.4 soon and see how she likes that, but that's a story for a different thread.

that's a seriously messed up torque to hp ratio on such a long stroke motor. There are several other F series builds on CB7TUNER making more torque with less hp on the F22 bottom end. Props, however, for building an F!

Never spent much time in the Accord forum, so I never noticed this. 202 is pretty good. I'm kinda surprised how low the torque is. If it's making power to 8k and beyond then there probably is a restriction someplace.
