Cleaned IACV and EGR on 6th gen Accord. Now idle is more sporadic.
Idle was going up and down on Park so I cleaned the IACV and EGR but now its even worse. It even does this in Drive which it didn't before. Jumps from 1100 to 1500 rpms repetitively. Replaced the old gaskets with new ones and all the vacuum lines are in the plugged in the right ports.
Can there be air in the coolant lines? Help, please.

To check for a vacuum leak, spray around the intake with carb cleaner and see if the idle changes. It could just be the iacv bad. If you sprayed carb cleaner inside the iacv while it was still hot it will damage it.

Sounds very similar to my problem here. I cleaned the iacv without success and am still in the process of trying to fix it without taking it in to a mechanic.
Here is a thread on a different problem, but related to the idle. Solution on last page. I haven't tried the fuel pressure regulator yet tho and am slow in working on the car lately as it sits in the garage.
Overall there seems to be a LOT of people with this issue, so keep searching and maybe you'll find something I couldn't. And please update this thread with anything you've learned (and perhaps subscribe to mine as well, in case some good information gets posted.)

Ericthecarguy's take on honda idle issues, altho he works on a different gen. I haven't tried bleeding the cooling system yet. His vids are awesome and he replies to questions, but I haven't tried asking him specifically about the hunting/jumping idle in these cars yet.
But as you've experienced, it's more than just idle and hunts while driving as well.
