Default accord with h22 with bad idle problem

ok so i have changed out the FITV and the IACV. and i am still getting a jumping idle. i have done everything i can think of possible. and still i am having a rough idle. i changed the FITV and it got a lil better. and then i Changed the IACV idle got a lil better. but still jumps from idle to about 1600 to 1700 rpm's. i sprayed carb cleaner around every line on my IM and nothing is working. Tired messing with the idle screw still nothing. does anyone have any idea what the hell is going on?? im so tired of messing with my car and it not running right. so can anyone please help me.

Some places you could have a vac leak at that are not usually tested are around the injectors and behind the manifold. Check around the air boost line and the brake booster itself as well.

Did you attempt to adjust your base idle the correct way? The car needs to be at operating temp with the iacv unplugged. You then turn the screw until you get a 650 rpm idle. Then you can hook everything back up and reset the ecu code and youre good to go.

Another thing that gets overlooked is bleeding the coolant post iacv installation. If you have air bubbles in the coolant, a bouncing idle could result.

What ECU are you using, is the check engine light on?

Try this;
Remove the intake tube from the throttle body inlet and plug the IACV & FITV ports one at a time. Does anything happen when you plug the port? IACV is the port on the top and the FITV (red arrow) is the one on the bottom.

Unless you have an S2k throttle body or some other aftermarket one that does not have these ports.

Have you check the FITV's wax pellet?? It might have backed out even with the one you just put in. Is a used or new FITV?
