Aamco power purge?
Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone went to Aamco and done this to their trans. Or I should bother wasting my money on it. Any feed back would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

No, it's a waste. Follow the Honda recommendation and change the fluid 3 times in succession with Honda ATF-Z1, driving about 1 mile in between changes so that the new fluid circulates through the torque converter and cooler. If you have an older tranny substitute a quart of Lucas with the final change to avoid clutch slippage with the new fluid.

no
power flushes=crap
the other ones where they just hook up 2 lines to the cooler lines are ok thugh theyre basicallt 2 big *** tanks that allow the tranny to run thru several gallons of fluid under its own power while on like on jack stands or something or maybe while in park idk
hondadude, help this dude will ya idk **** lol other than that

Yeah, too bad our cars don't have tranny coolers, then you just inplug the cooler lines and "powerflush" it your self by sucking up the new and letting the old spray into neighbors yard
