Can you be more specific? What do you mean it won't idle? Car won't stay running right after your start it up?

Check your vacuum lines. especially the ones to the egr they may have got switch up in the swap. Or if the egr is stuck open it will cause no idle.

What really gets me is you can change all that stuff under the hood yet you don't know how to obtain codes from an OBD1.
Something doesn't add up there.
Sounds like LIMP mode, Tried pulling the fuse for the ECU and resetting everything, if that don't work then look up main causes for LIMP mode and work your way through the causes.
