How many miles on the engine?
What maintenance have you done recently?
What MPG were you getting before?
There are a few things you can try.
Basic maintenance
Spark plugs
Spark plug wires
Distributor Cap & Rotor
Fuel filter
Fuel injection cleaning
Air filter
Long Term Maintenance
Fuel pressure regulator (test)
O2 sensor
Valve adjustment
Timing and balance belts & tensioner
Water Pump (not a MPG issue but should be replaced when belts are done)

Re: 92 Accords MPG is down
Mileage is 432k on the engine atm, Ive recently done the plugs/wires, air filter, TB and WP combo. To my knowledge most things are still stock on the vehicle that i know of. So that being said what should i start at that costs the least money? I do plan on getting the valves adjusted at a later time next month.

Re: 92 Accords MPG is down
Sparks looked good, tire pressure is up but i do have an exhaust leak that needs to be patched up. Other than that im not sure is the EGR has been cleaned ever, will that effect the MPG? I hear it wasnt that hard to do.

EGR's on the 4th gens is a little more difficult that the 5th gens but it is possible and with a little technical know how you can do it. It will effect mileage, same with the basic and long term maintenance Ghost posted.
