02 Honda Accord HELP PLEASE!

02 Honda Accord HELP PLEASE!
I have a 2002 Honda Accord. While driving on the interstate the car accelerates to 79 mph then appears to die, at 75 mph she comes back to life and accelerates then the cycle starts over again!
I have changed the crank position sensors, distributor, Throttle position sensor, 02 sensor and cleaned the idle air control valve.
I thought the problem was fixed and the car ran fine. Now the car is sluggish on acceleration and it appears the problem is back, the check engine light is on. The code flags the 02 sensor as usual!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: 02 Honda Accord HELP PLEASE!
Did you set the throttle position sensor to give the correct voltage/throttle opening? On my '97, it should be about 10% with the throttle closed. It might be different for yours. The point is that you can't necessarily put a new one on. It has to be adjusted to provide the right output.
If the engine light is not on but you have stored codes, it usually means a fault was logged, but not enough times to set the light.

Oops!!! It's not adjusted just replaced. How do you adjust it????
Also, I'm driving now and I'm past 80 with no problems. Looks like it would be more consistent if the adjustment was causing the problem. Just a thought, it will still need adjustment.

Also, I drove the car for 3 hours and no speed or RPM problems but I did notice that every few minutes the car would jerk or act as though it were missing but only briefly, like one cylinder would misfire.
Any chance these codes are related to the alternator?

Re: 02 Honda Accord HELP PLEASE!
Do you have any codes at this time? I'm a bit confused if you have current codes or not?
Yes, an alternator issue can set the p1381.
How old are the plugs -assuming 4 cyl what about the cap and rotor?

Yes PO705, PO706, P1381 and P1121 are new codes. I'm not sure which code was referenced for the 02 sensor as it was reset with the negative terminal off after I cleaned the idle airflow valve.
The plugs are 1 1/2 years old and rotor cap new.

Re: 02 Honda Accord HELP PLEASE!
do some searches for "how to calibrate TPS"...i really don't know about automatic trannies so I'll leave that to someone else...im wondering if maybe something dirty around the timing pulley could cause cyp sensor issues..

Re: 02 Honda Accord HELP PLEASE!
I just noticed that this may have more to do with the RPM's than the speed! After starting from a stop the car started acting up again. At 3000rpm's the car would die and after dropping the car would continue to accelerate again. Then at 3000 RPM's it would die again.
Seems like I have seen this problem before on another post and it was something to do with the alternator. Any ideas?
I found a video on adjusting the TPS,,,,,,,THANKS!

Re: 02 Honda Accord HELP PLEASE!
I took the car to a Starter/Alternator/Generator repair shop. They say the alt is working fine.
It appears that the problem causes the ECU to flag and put the car in limp mode. If I turn the car off the problem disappears until the problem pops back up again.
Any ideas?

Re: 02 Honda Accord HELP PLEASE!
Ok I checked the voltage for the TPS sensor and calibrated to .45- .5 closed and 4.5 open or something close to that. now the car has no power and the check engine light comes on within 5-10 min.
The code is P1381
The code is P1381
