my car shuts- off while I'm driving. the dash board light come on and i have to put it in neutral or parking to restart the car. some times it restarts right away .some times i have to wait a couple of minutes before it restarts. Had the idle valve changed,distributor changed. But the problem does not go away. Can anyone help me out . Tired of wasting money.

sounds like main relay problem

could also be ign. switch also. was a recall on this issue. its worth checking into. good luck

I replaced the relay that controlls the fuel injectors and it helped a bit but it still happens, is it the Ignition control module or the ignition switch? It only happens when it is really hot
