Re: DA Integra's Only
For that price I would expect the front bumpers paint to match, plus a clean bay and no black spraypainted hatch floor lol
Re: DA Integra's Only
Still working some bug out in it. But got the obd1 b16a swap in and running.
Getting id1000cc injectors, bigger front mount and all custom stainless tig welded ic charge pipes made. Then bumping the boost up to 14psi and hoping to get close to 400whp on stock block and head minus arp head studs and itr cams. Im at 315whp now on 8psi
Not a show car by any means but gets the job done withwhat it was built for

Re: DA Integra's Only
hey matt, how well did you like your all motor setup? i'm kinda leaning towards a simple all motor setup for mine. i'm not worried about making it fast anymore. i just want to do a nice restore on it top to bottom and make it a nice weekend cruiser. was thinking like an 11-11.5:1 range build and maybe some cams later on

Im looking for a 93 bumper then ill get a lip. I was getting dirty looks frm the local cops for the first few days i glt the swap sone driving with no front bumper. So i just hacked this on up temp until i find a good cond one. This one was all cracked and stuff so i wasnt to worried about cutting it up. Going for paint this summer.

Compression was right around 12.1, had those Crower 404s in it. Response was great and I beat the crap out of it!
Miss it too!

Re: DA Integra's Only
Thank you sir. Yes very simple for now. Car rips like crazy and third gear is crazy. The first time i had this setup at the track it was in a del sol and i snapped the shifter rod going into second causing me to miss. Ifinally got it in. Got bsck on it and then i couldnt get it into 3rd because the shifter rod was so short im trying to put it in 3rd with like 2 fingers. Still managed a 13.2@115.
My trap speeds are good enough for a mid to low 12sec run but after that one pass i had to head home couldnt make any more passes. My 60' times were crappy..2.5-2.8 because i was on shttty street tires aird to 44psi. I had a full tank of gas. Spare tire a decent size bag of tools snd a jack in the trunk. I basicslly drove parts down for a friend snd didnt plan on running but i wanted to make one pass. I rolled out of the hole cause im on stock axles and didnt wana break any thing. Im going back to great lakes drag for first import wars and will test it then. Hoping for a mid to low 12 sec run then ill retune for 14psi
This turbo came off a friends gsr that made 435@14psi but he had allot more supporting mods. Built head better manifold ect. Well see. This up coming winrer im doing s sleeved b16 build with 6262 aiming for 650-750whp

Re: DA Integra's Only
The weather has been GREAT here in socal the last few weeks, getting back into that ''car building mode''. Almost got the thing started too, figured out this week the starter was crap and was making my ground wires blazing hot when i tried to crank it.
Anyways, heres a little update. I got sick of the imperfections.

Re: DA Integra's Only
Yes i actually had a bigger ic bolted on. But ended up being broke. So i have to reside back to this one. Like i said when i find another bumper i will trim it so its allot cleaner but im waiting on a new ic before i trim a new bumper.

Ohh ok. Yeah i didnt see your piping coming out by the washer bottle like mine. I am ordering a traction bar next week so i can put my 3" vband bwr down pipe back on and exhaust and when i do that i will be able to clock my turbo back pointing down ward instead of up oike it is now

Re: DA Integra's Only
Correct me if I'm wrong here but it shouldn't matter since the B series engines uses alot of common parts. I used the DA hoses for my B18C1 powered DA with no issues and my bro-in-law did the same thing to his B16 powered DA.
