Yeah, same. Ive seen cars with SiR bumpers nad they paint matched the moldings and i was like why? might as well just get a regular bumper.

Yeah, but my skirts and moldings have been fading even if I put armor all they still looks faded and white-ish. Might have to hit it with some dupli-color in the summer. Anyone know if the side mirrors and the door sills were paint matched or "trim" black?

Also, hope everyone had a nice Easter. Was good down here in Orange county for the most part, just pretty chilly.

Do little stupid things like this happen to you guys? lol

So i had to wash the car today, since i parked under a tree and i had sap spots everywhere, washed the car, was drying under the trunk and i saw my rear spoiler brake light wiring electric tape loose, so i re taped it, then it started sprinkling... soo i hurried and tried to start the car and it wouldnt shift out of PARK!!(its auto btw) im like WTH!?!??!,maybe because my trunk is open.. tried it nope! maybe because my hood is open nope! I was like f' I ended up sticking the key in the shift lock hole, put it on Neutral then start the car, then put it on Drive...boom it shifted!!... outta the rain

All i wanted to do was wash the car, and I blew the brakelight/horn fuse...LOL wata newb

now i had to spending extra time drying it

Finally got all the electrical sorted out... timing needs to be dialed in but other than that, she's running with no CEL as of yet. Stock d16y8 w/ AEM cam gear zeroed out and buddy club spec 2, Rywire harness, tucked fuse box and battery. everything else pretty much stock for now. It's been a long stressful week but a huge weight off my shoulders with electrical out of the way.

a clip of her idle bouncing around...

When I got my civic it was a 98 but apparently had be hit in the rear end and the trunk was replaced with a 99 trunk lid. The inner tail lights are now 99 inner tail lights much different from the 98 but the outers are still 98 tail lights. If I got a set of 99 outer tail lights to match the inner would it be an easy change or would they not bolt up correctly since its on the 98 car? Hopefully I worded that ok.

They should fit fine. Not sure about the bulbs/harness but the actual light itself should fine no problem.
