205/50/15 tires on 15x7 rims...
is this combination compatible??
i have 205/50/15 tires sitting in the garage waiting for a set of rims to be mounted on. jus curious if i can mount the tires on a 15x7 rim?
planning to get WORKemotion CRKAI rims.

Yes.
You can look up the specs on the tire manufacturer's website (or the Tire Rack website) if you want to double-check and make sure, but most 205/50-15 tires are approved for use on rims 5.5-7.5 inches wide, so 15x7 should be fine.
This assumes, of course, that you have an Integra or '97-00 Civic, for which 205/50-15 is a good size. It's not a good match for most other Honda/Acura cars. Remember, the best size tire depends on the car (model/year/version), not just the size of the wheels.

sorry, its going on a 99 honda civic coupe lowered on neuspeed sports and kyb agx's

He should be ok, depending upon offset. I have a 99 EK with Neuspeed race springs and AGX's with LS wheels and the only time I rub is if I make a u-turn a little too fast (not ridiculously fast just not creeping) and it rubs the fender liner.

neuspeed race springs ride alot lower than sport springs... so i should be fine
