Yes it is because it wont be able to build up the correct amount of pressure and will cause pump failure.

Yes....that is what supplies the working pressure to shift the gears inside the trans. Hence the term "automatic". And yes, overfilling is bad. Poor drainback, excessive foaming, etc.

Honda tech told me it won't do anything cause theres to little plus there's a breather cap if anything happens !

ya, honda put a full mark on there for a reason.... chances are it won't hurt anything, but it takes less than 5 minutes to drain it

It will not cause pump failure, lack of oil does that.
If it is significantly overfilled, it may foam up, and come out of the breather oil. If that is clogged, it will most likely spit out the axle seals.
It will not cause the unit to fail.
