MM&Y of car would help.
Have you checked to see if there is power to the distributor assembly when you are cranking to start, black/yellow lead to distributor assembly most Honda/Acura.
Do you mean one spark when ign. switch is turned to RUN, or do you really mean ACC.? 94

By acc I mean where you turn the to the second click when all the dash light come on (can roll up windows an fuel pump turns on an so on but not actually cranking the motor) I thought that's what it was called. And I just took a volt meter to the black an yellow lead to dizzy and to the negotive batt and I have 10v while cranking and 12v when not.

Hmmm, a 2V drop and only 12V, should be 12.5V, hows the batt. charge, could be low?
Check your main grounds, batt. post, batt. to chassis and chassis to engine, also confirm you have power, [ign. switch in run] at the ECU/ECM, IGP1 and IGP2, both are yellow/black at the ECU/ECM and the only yellow/blacks to the ECU/ECM. 94
