So my friend and me just got done changing the head gasket... uhmm and he said he forgot to put hondabond on the head gasket.... and i'm thinking i won't need it cause i don't want to take off the turbo and all that other **** that sucks to take off... or do i have to take it off and put it on....ehh

besides all that, once you torque down the head bolts, and remove them again, the headgasket will need to be replaced.
I've never heard of anyone putting hondabond on a headgasket.

if doing an LS-VTEC its a good idea to put it around the oil return passages, but not for anything else. Maybe your friend was talking about around the humps in the valve cover gasket?

never heard of it for LSVTEC nor for anything else. Just use the copper spray.
