Default Help: T/B Vacuum

(This photo is taken from Lyonel's engine bay, not mine...)

Do you see where the vacuum line runs to the throttle body? The larger white PVC style vacuum line. Connected to that needs to be a 'nipple'. I do NOT have one, so their is no way for me to properly connected and seal the vacuum line. Honda dealership and junk yards will only sell me the whole t/b. I don't want to do that...

I've been banging my head agianist the wall trying to figure out what I can use instead. I used a wire connector that is almost the same diameter as the 'nipple' hole on the t/b. Then connected the vacuum line, however there is much gap.

Does anyone have any suggestions? This is getting really annoying...

Also, almost everytime I drop my clutch my RPMs drop to idle, then right up to 2K once, just a quick rev w/o me applying fuel. I take it the problem is the vacuum leak, can someone correct me?

Thanks...
