Fuse 15 Keeps Blowing at HIGH RPM
This is what I got.
D16Y7 Block with Z6 Head.
Using Z6 Timing belt and Y7 Crank Pulley for the alternator belt.
y8 harness from a 97 civic.
hondata s300 with a conversion harness.
Turbo of course.
Fuse 15 keeps on blowing only under high rpm / getting on it.
I am fine daily driving without the fuse blowing.
At high rpm it seems like something is causing the fuse to blow.
I have searched and have looked at all the manifold wiress and have not seen any that appear to be damaged.
Has anyone had this issue with HIGH RPM and the fuse blowing?
Again no check engine light comes on when the fuse blows. I have read the TSB and gone through those steps.
Any help would be great. Thanks,

Fuse 15????
The MM&Y of car the fuse box is from would help.
On 96-98 Civics fuse 15 - 7.5A is the "Alt. SP sensor" it powers the "Charging System Indicator", [alt. light in cluster] it is the alt. ign. input, [exciter] and also the ign. input to the ELD.
Have you checked the alt. output at high RPM or if the exciter wire shorts out at high RPM.
I would also check the ELD. 94
