does anybody hear know how to read the low and high guages for the a/c?

i recently purchased a used a/c system for my 98 civic cx (didn't come with one). installed it with new o rings and oiled the fittings and compressor with a/c oil since it was all gone. it was cold for a good month to two months of everyday use. then i didnt use it for a week and now it blows cold for a brief minute or so and then hot again and sometimes flucuates. the compressor will kick on and off. when it kicked on the a/c worked. now it doesn't turn on anymore...only the condensor fan spins and the cold piping doesnt get cold anymore.

i have the guage equipment and can hook it up to get a reading. i want to know if i can post the numbers from the low and high side, and outside temp, and if someone can diagnose the problem for me since i don't understand what the numbers should mean.
