Default Suspension gurus: Koni/GC noisy suspension setup?

Car: 2001 integra coupe

Suspension setup:
Koni yellows with gc coilover 350/250 on OEM TOP HATS
ITR rsb with ASR brace
Skunk 2 pro series front camber kit
SPC rear camber kit
All bushings is OEM

Is it me or is this setup noisy on bumpy roads? I hear a lot of what i think is suspension noise. My guess is that there is no PRE-LOAD on this setup so it droops during bumps, therefore the spring is making a considerable amount of banging noise between the top hat and height adjustment ring. Does this make sense???

Btw, i replaced the rubber sleeve between the top hat and spring already.

Did you forget the coil spring isolators?

Ive had this setup for 75k miles
-Never use dust boots
-i mentioned that i replaced all the isolators as well
-im sure i setup the suspension correctly and torqued everything down to spec
All my bushing looks good
Noise is from both front and rear

i've never had any issues.... you might have to lift the car back up and double check.

I suspect that the droop could be causing the banging. The previous owner of my Koni/GCs actually used silicone between the spring and the collar. Solved all of the banging problems he had. Now, on my car, it still works perfectly, and no noise what so ever.

since you have swaybars, your springs wont go below "droop". unless, and im certain you arent, doing dukes of hazard jumps where both wheels on an axles are in the air at the same time.

perhaps then its your sway bar bushings themselves making noise.

I have had my springs rub on the threaded collar in some cases and it makes a sound. Your suspension should never be in such a fully extended state that the springs lose contact with the perch unless you are airborne, as was previously mentioned.

Is it normal for my front suspension to be fully drooped when the front is lifted? I also have to make sure that the coils are seated properly when i lower the front of the car off the jack stands.

I'll re-check the sway bar bushings

when both the front tires are in the air... yes. thats what i meant by dukes of hazard jump.

as opposed to lifting the whole left side of the car. like driving around like a stunt driver on two wheels...

do you understand what a sway bar does?

I've actually had all 4 tires off the ground at the same time on Koni/GC. So been there, jumped that lol.

so when the car is on the jack theres going to be play between the top perch and springs if the car is lowered. I have this same set up and im in the middle of installing it. I have the springs snug against the top perch and the adjustment nut is all the way at the top of the sleeve. and the car is setting pretty high

Sounds very similar to what I'm experiencing.
My front is perfect with the extended top hats, stock top hats in the rear and it's very noisy.
