eg side marker
I decided that im going to put sidemarkers on my eg.
My budget is pretty tight right now so im just thinking about buying the side markers and putting them on myself.
so here is the hard part. cutting the hole. Anybody know the exact measurement where the marker are suppose to be from where the fender moldings are.
thanks, anything would help

Re: eg side marker (spintboy)
Theres a thread somewhere that shows you the measurements.. Cutting is easy if you have a dremel and some metal cutting disk.. Worked for me and gave me OEM results..

one thing to watch out for though.
I was doing my research on this as well and after you cut the hole make sure you use some sort of rust prevention (rust bullet?) so it doesnt rust later on.

Try this. I got it out of the FAQ list at the beginning of the thread.

I recommend cutting the holes with a metal nibbler. In my experience, it's actually faster, easier, more precise, quieter, less messy, and less expensive to cut it this way than with a Dremel and cutting wheels.
To my credit I've probably cut 12 or more fenders for Honda sidemarkers, 6 using a Dremel and the rest with a metal nibbler. After those 6 with a Dremel, I started doing them with metal nibblers and never looked back.
You can find metal nibblers at Radio Shack. Just be sure to use gloves while operating the nibbler because it's pretty rough on your hands.
