Updated.
Engines:
1. Original CX engine, d15b8. Removed for next engine.
2. Turbo GSR engine, b18c1. Stolen.
3. CX replacement engine d15b8. Cheapest replacement available. Same engine that the car came with, but not the car's original engine.
4. DX 16 valve cylinder head from d15b7. Valve chipped.
5. HX VTEC-E cylinder head from d16y5. Removed for GX replacement engine.
6. GX CNG d16b5 engine. Removed. Pre-ignition detonation.
7. D15B VTEC engine. Removed, seller failed to mention that it was damaged.
8. D15B VTEC engine #2. Removed for replacement engine.
9. F20B DOHC VTEC. Over revved, valve floated on #1 causing cylinder head and cylinder block failure.
10. D16A6. head replaced for d16y8 head
11. D16Y8 Head swap on D16A6 block, removed because I knocked a rod through the block.
12. D15B VTEC engine #3. Current engine in my car.

Looking back on this thread, I realized that I never really posted a conclusion as to what happened with this build. As this was my largest build that was a composite of several other components that I worked on.
I kinda wanna address why it just fell off. This project was a fun project, although I didn't finish every goal I had with it, I got far along enough to where the "proof of concept" was complete.
As one pursues the exciting hobby of car tuning, digging around and reading up on the message boards will always leave one with a lot more unanswered questions. I was hungry for the knowledge but I was not in the right learning environment. I simply got to the point where I could no longer learn from the message boards. This ultimately led me to other books that I found. These books were able to answer my questions, however they were written for those that had a large foundation in a mechanical engineering curriculum. Needless to say, it was at this point where I decided to bail out on my car projects and get a stronger foundation in mechanical engineering.
I sold everything and used it for money while I was in school. Although at first glance it may sound like I have given up on the build. In reality, what I wanted from the build is much more than I was capable at the time of building.
I'm not done with car tuning, I just took a side step. What's in store for the future? I'm not sure. I keep debating on all these wild ideas. And no car projects seem to really offer 100% of what I desire. Who knows, maybe i'll end up doing something like the kimini project one day. Not sure, but the only thing I'm sure of is that it will definitely be ***** 2 the wall bense style
As my mother used to talk trash to my father "if a little bit is good, a lot must be better!" Well I guess I have inherited my father's "shortcomings" hahahahhahahahahaha

Bense, ive come to the conclusion that I will NEVER have a car that will offer 100% what I desire. No car will ever be exactly how I want it or have every feature that I want. oh well, what the hell can you do.

I've recently returned to this build in which I still have many stones left unturned.

Project migrated to this. I wound up going 'H23VTEC' in an Accord.
