in the write up he mentioned that you can use the auto pedal assembly with a clutch pedal added i understand that i would also need a brake pedal from a manual pedal assembly

is there any info on using the manual pedals on the auto assembly cause i will buy them from honda but i need to be sure that they will work and if there are any major mods i would love to know in advance

It is basically the same.

Innovative (and others) makes an auto > manual tranny mount (billet alum or steel), which is a nesessity for the conversion.

Its more similar to a '92 - '95 civic auto to manual swap in that you have to deal with a pocket mount (either cut the old automatic version off the frame rail and weld on the automatic version, or buy a hasport mount that just bolts up like stock) otherwise its pretty similar.

Correct. I highly recommend the mount because its easier to work with. Other then that you could follow this thread.
