in the secret compartment there's a serial code, you need to call the dealer, with the serial code they can find out what's the code.
the serial code also printed in the back of the radio.

Did you also try contacting the person you purchased the car from.
Or you could just purchase an aftermarket cd/mp3 player and call it a day.
