rpm guage bouncing!!
my rpm guage is bouncing ahead of me when i hit high rpm. (4500 and up) and it makes my car buck. for example: im at 5000rmp the needle is jumping to 8000rpm back and forth. anyone know what is causeing this?

replace the ignitor inside your dizzy. or at least crimp the connectors on the ignitor and make sure they are not loose.

Yeah the honda dealership has had mine on and off for almost 2 weeks. I'm a noob so I decided to take it there and they're bigger idiots than me. I've told them the ignitor numerous times but they don't listen to a "kid". Wish they would fix my car...for free...but they suck so that will never happen.

They said my ignition coil gets hot and doesnt work right I guess...they said they would replace it for free...lets see how that works. Wouldnt be the first time they said it would be fixed. Don't ever take your car to a dealership, this is the first time ive taken mine to a honda and im very disappointed, i dont think ill ever go to a honda dealership again.

I took the whole dizzy apart and all the wires were on ok so i just replaced the dizzy all at once and it runs great now. Thanks 4 all the help guys.
