Power windows not working
I got a 92 prelude si auto. Long story short i got the car for $150 little over a year and i need work. got it all put back together but my only thing is that the power windows dont work. heres what i checked
1. fuse 10 under dash fuse block is getting power.
2. fuse 15 and 16 are not getting power.(left and right windows)
3. power window fuse under hood is fine. big 40 amp fuse.
4. interior lights fuse is good. this goes to intergrated control unit at under dash fuse block
5. the ground underneath the driver seat is fine.
6. havent checked ground under or behind front console.
7. replaced under dash fuse box/block with another one
8. swapped power window relay
has anyone came into this problem? in order for me to finish up the interior the drivers window has to go up.

Re: POWER WINDOWS NOT WORKING
Just going by the Helms I would check out fuse 17 (30 A) in the under-hood box. If that's good, sounds like you did everything else but check grounds 401 & 402 located on the left side of the shifter and the right side of the dash. It also says to check for an open in the white/blue wire.
