folk shift 5th and reverse?
I been having a problem on the tranny of h22 vtec. When the reverse gear jammed up and couldn't get in gear anymore, 5th gear starting to go in roughly and sometime won't shift in. People started to say it's a bented shift folk. Is there a way to repair that part of the pieces of 5th and reverse folk shift or get another tranny from the junk yard?

yes, just open the tranny and replace the forks with new ones. your problem sound more like the syncro going bad.
