How do I reset the ECU?

Pull the stereo fuse or disconnect one of the battery terminals for 30 sec.

Thanks Andy. I take it you meant pull the stereo fuse AND disconnect the battery. for 30 secs.

Actually, no. You can pull the stereo fuse while the battery is still connected and it will reset the ECU. Wait 30 seconds and put it back in. Or you can leave the stereo fuse as it is and just pull the battery terminal.
