well i have been unsuccessful locating my leak, but then again it isnt my first priority. The drain tubes are right behind the wheelwell, unless you want to remove the headliner compressed air isnt gonna do the trick. Pull the drain tubes out of the L shaped elbow that is in the body. there will be a black pointy end in the tube with a + shaped slit in it. I just yanked it out and stuck something in there and pulled the crap out. I suppose you could rinse it out or something as well. In my case there was crap in there, but that wasnt the cause.
I have also heard that the seal/gasket around the taillights will leak and allow water in the hatch area.
Also when you open the hatch, look up by the hatch hinges. If there are cracks near the hinges, or where the roof meets the inside of the hatch water can seep in these cracks as well. Get some clear silicon caulk/sealer and apply a light layer over the cracks to seal out water.

Bro,
I wish that was the case. I have replaced all window seals, moonroof seals and the 70 dollar hatch seal. The hatch seal when new prevented the hatch squeek, but after the weight of the hatch compressed it a little the hatch squeek came back. That did not cure the leak in my case. I swear, one of these days i am gonna recaulk/reseal the tail lights and see if that is the problem
