you just have to un-latch the back parts, then work them loose. one at a time
its not that hard once you figure it out.
gl
try to get the middle of each out first.

there are two C style clips on each of the seats (where your back touches). use some pliers or a flat head. after removing those push the seat outwards then it should come off. as far as the bottom seat cushion, if i remember correctly its only a single 10mm bolt on the bottom by the carpet.

the bottom part of the seat has little hooks that go into the body of the car. and there is one 10mm bolt holding the whole thing on.

Those explanations were not really clear.
Those c-clip thingees are on the lower outside edge of each seat-back.
Pull back the upholstery to see it, and use a pair of pliers to grab the 'tab' and pull out.
Then each seat back can be pushed toward the outside, and unhooked from
the middle anchor.
The bottom seat has a single bolt that is hidden by the passenger-side
back seat. Then it 'unhooks' from holes in the body pan.
Be patient and don't ruin them.
