FITV goes to one set of holes and IAC goes to another set of holes.
If you have both of those devices then you will find that one hole is visible just by looking into the throttle body. There are another 2 hole behind the butterfly.
These 2 devices bypass air from the front of the butterfly to the intake to regulate your idle.

clean and re-tighten your FITV

follow insructions, if problem persist after, replace sensor.
done.

ok well, is there supposed to be vacuum on that top hole? becuase there is, and when i plug it idle goes back down to normal.
i cleaned and tightend my fitv and cleaned my iac. still is messed up and throwing the map code.
so for now until i can find out whats wrong i just unplugged my map so it idles a little lower.

Re: (GroundZer0 336)
Is your map mounted on the TB?
You didn't specify what engine and all that so maybe you have a MAP mounted onthe TB. Could be a leak path going to the map which would explain the code too.
